A national leader in manufacturing cement in India. They make cement products suitable for all types of industrial, residential and commercial constructions.

Problem:

Client was using Excel sheets along with SAP to run the business operations. This was a manual process and resulted in a lot of data loss like inquiries, reports, customer information etc. They wanted to streamline their sales operations.
We implemented salesforce sales cloud to help our client save a lot of time in navigating through multiple excel sheets and have a one stop solution for all their sales.

Solution:

  • We implemented the salesforce sales cloud along with the approval process and SAP integration.
  • Multiple stage approval process.
  • Created all reports related to daily and yearly sales.
  • Created a mobile application for offline field work requirements.
  • Integrated SAP into salesforce.

The approval process built in this project needs a special mention as this was a very complicated and unique process flow. It was a multiple stage multiple approver approval process to make a perfect sales system in compliance with audit.

# Sales cloud along with Zendesk and DocuSign integration

An appointment scheduling and queue management platform. A global company providing electronic queue management services. It replaces physical lines and waiting rooms with virtual, mobile lines.

Problem:

Client was using multiple applications to run the business operations. E.g. Jira, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Slack, Gmail and Zendesk. They wanted to use a single application one stop solution for all their business operation requirements.

We implemented salesforce along with Zendesk integration to replace all these applications. This helped our client save a lot of time in navigating through different applications and streamline their business flow.

Solution:

  • We implemented the sales cloud along with Zendesk and DocuSign integration to replace Jira, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Slack, Gmail and Zendesk.
  • We migrated their current classic salesforce to lightning.
  • Automated flow of leads into the system from Jira.
  • Auto created tickets for the technical team to work in Zendesk.
  • Integrated DocuSign to send and receive business contracts, questionnaires etc.
  • Created reports for data analysis and problem solving.
  • Implemented EAC (Einstein Activity Capture ) for emails.

We had the privilege to know the queue management system in detail and hence were also able to propose a few changes to their current business flow like implementing EAC with their current Gmail for seamless email communication.

# Created LWC to create a new Lead UI

A leading bank in Canada specialised in Home loans.

Problem:

Client was already using Service Cloud to track Customer information including Loan Eligibility or any other additional information. The system was already integrated with the external system MARS with a feature for lead generation.

Solution:

  • Created LWC to create a new Lead UI. This is a form to collect their lead, Primary Contact and their Borrower information all at one place.
  • Created custom validation rules and how to skip these validation rules for specific scenarios.
  • Azure DevOps and deployment using Visual Studio Code.
  • Serialized and deserialized JSON values.

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution company focused on sales, marketing, and distribution of prescription pharmaceuticals within a full spectrum of therapeutic areas and dosage forms.

Problem:

Their earlier company was acquired. Hence, they had data to be migrated from old Salesforce Org to new (complete clone of the old org including Salesforce Files and Tasks).

They also had a very specific requirement to generate a form and capture E-signatures from their contacts. Required certain automations like creating Tasks and sending Email alerts.

Solution:

  • Migrated data using Jitterbit and Data loader tools.
  • Created forms using form tools like FormStack and FormAssembly.
  • Created automations using LWC, Apex class and Force.com sites.
  • Created email alerts and templates.

The Salesforce system was custom built as per their business model and ensured that any additional features can be easily added on in future.

  • Created automations using Triggers for generation of Auto numbers.
  • Migrated data using Data Import Wizard for Person Accounts, Opportunities and custom objects.

Our client is the world’s largest semiconductor chip manufacturer by revenue, and is the developer of the x86 series of microprocessors, the processors found in most personal computers (PCs).

Problem:

This was a maintenance and security project for the already existing Salesforce existing system built on Sales cloud and Service Cloud.

Client was concerned about the vulnerability of the sensitive data to security threats as the data is in the cloud.

Solution:

  • We analysed and gave the security fixes at the code level according to the Salesforce provided best practices.
  • It includes functionality testing post fixes in order to make sure that the existing functionality is not broken.
